Follow-up to the November 1, 2014 Annual Meeting.

Contained in the minutes and related reports is a summary of historical results from the calendar fundraiser. Based upon the documentation in the club archives, a revenue model of $12.00 per calendar was used. The documentation was incomplete. We have been made aware that some calendars sold in the years 2011 and 2012 were sold for a discounted price less than $12.00. Due to incomplete and inconsistent data, the numbers of calendars sold at various prices cannot be accurately captured; however, there remains a significant deficit in the reported calendar sales funds. Per review, inconsistencies have been found, and we'll never have an absolute figure based upon unsound bookkeeping practices.
